Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and will be displayed in your shopping cart, when you proceed to check out.  These shipping costs cover post by regular Australia Post parcel delivery, within Australia, and by regular airmail delivery to overseas.

If you prefer registered, or express delivery, please contact us by email prior to purchasing, so that we can provide an exact quote on shipping costs for you.

Terms of Sale

All sales are final, once payment has been completed.  No refunds will be given on any pattern purchased, after the pattern has been shipped to you (due to the nature of the item).

Refunds or returns on other items will only be accepted if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not fit for their intended purpose.  Sorry, we cannot accept returns on fabric that has been cut or sewn.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes!  Please see the Contact page, send us the details and we will be very happy to provide you a quote for exactly what you need!

We also offer a 'project service'.  Send us the requirements for your project (dressmaking, quilting, home decorating - anything!) and we will customise a pack with everything you need - the exact amount of fabric, any trims or haberdashery and even cotton thread!
